hi:)

nachdem ja nun einige ihre lieblinge der öffentlichen kritik gestellt haben, anbei ein paar bilder von meinem großen braunen kumpel. Sind noch vom Sommer.
Nach einigen monaten bangens und hin-und heruntersuchung stand leider fest, dass er 8 bzw. 9-jährig an fortgeschrittener Arthrose leidet. Wir begegnem dem nun mit körpergewichtreduzierung :twisted: und spaziergängen bevor am boden oder unter dem popo überhaupt etwas getan wird 8)
Leider finde ich sein gebäude insgesamt etwas unvorteilhaft (sehr vorderlastig). aber erstmal ihr :roll:

Verspannungen im Lendenbereich - das Pferd sollte einen Chiropraktiker sehen (und zwar einen Guten). Deshalb mehr Gewicht auf Vorderhand, was wieder zu mehr Arthrose führt.

Mit Ingwer versuchen Arthroseschmerzen zu reduzieren.

ich habe die von grandeur dazu (wo in die taschen ein moosgummi pad eingeschoben wird). ausserdem noch ein westernpad von krämer (mit freiem wírbelsäulenkanal) und eingearbeiteter breiter auflagefläche.

auch dem schwitz- und haarbild nach dem reiten zu urteilen liegt der sattel nicht auf der wirbelsäule. eher sind die schwitzflecken links und rechts der wirbelsäule sehr groß... gehen bis 1/4 des rippenbogens (nach unten richtung bauch). kann auch da ein problem liegen? ausserdem ist mir aufgefallen, dass zwischen ende des rippenbogens und dem hüfthöcker ... einfach nur nichts ist. ungewöhnlicher zustand - habe mal bei anderen pferden drauf geachtet, sieht bei keinem so extrem aus :?

was fehlt da evtl. an muskulatur?
