Ja, Fadjira ist momentan auch richtig gut drauf. Sie findet, sie ist jetzt auch schon ein großes Pferd und dass wir doch mal unsere Rangfolge diskutieren sollten. Beim alleine spazieren gehen mit ihr gibt sie sehr gerne vor anderen Pferden an und hat es das letzte Mal (ich war leider schon 3 Wochen nicht mehr mit ihr spazieren, nur Übungen auf dem Hof) mit halbhoch Steigen, "Handstand" machen, kneifen, drängeln und ziehen versucht. Das komplette Programm. Nach einer Weile gab sie zwar auf - vor allem, als sie merkte, dass ich mich nicht aufrege sondern ihr nur zeitweise die Leviten las, aber ich denke, ich muss mir jetzt doch mal ein Knotenhalfter oder ein Dually o.ä. besorgen und ein Stöckchen. Vor allem dem haushohen Auskeilen mit beiden Hufen will ich schnell ein Ende machen, wenn da mal jemand falsch steht, kann das böse Folgen haben!

Hab' mir jetzt das erste Buch über Bodenarbeit von Kerstin Diacont gekauft und mir noch eins von Pat Parelly und Natalie Penquitt zur Ansicht bestellt und werde mal sehen, wie sie mir gefallen und was ich mir von wem rauspicke. Es wird auf jeden Fall nicht langweilig mit ihr.

mmmmm, da bin ich jetzt aber mal froh, das Ihr auch ähnliche Probleme habt..... :?
Von dem was ich gelesen habe, kommt mir das ein oder andere bekannt vor. Barakin ist auch zur Zeit in der Phase, wo er nachfragt, ob ich das auch so gemeint habe, wie ich es gesagt habe. Ich habe mir vor längerer zeit das Buch von Kelly Marks (perfekte Manieren) und das Buch von Michael Geitner geholt (Be strict). Ich habe für mich das rausgesucht, was ich für richtig hielt. So richtige Dominanz Probleme habe ich nicht (hab ich zumindest so im Gefühl). Jedoch sind auch so Sachen dabei wie schnappen, kneifen etc. :? Ich verfolge jetzt einfach meinen Weg, bleibe konsequent und bestimmt und übergehe jetzt einfach mal ein paar Dinge :!:

Hat sonst jemand noch einen anderen Tipp?

@Jessi: Am Zaun sind wir noch nicht gelandet, Mein Platz hat die Maße 20x40. da kann er schon mal ein paar Meter davondüsen, ohne dass wir gleich im Zaun hängen. Außerdem hat er sich immerhin relativ schnell durchbremsen lassen. Er probiert's halt! :roll:

Hat sonst jemand ähnliche "Geduldsproben" wie ich beim Reiten durchstehen müssen? Wäre um emotionale Hilfestellung dankbar *69

@Alter Mann: Finde das zweite Buch von Heinz Welz ganz gut "Entdecke den Horseman in dir". Ansonsten lies mal Bücher von Marc Rashid (auch gut: Ann Simonds), damit man vor lauter Dominanzgeschwätz nicht die Vertrauensbasis aus den Augen verliert.
